Spindrift has been a fixture in the Northern California music scene since their inception. Formed in 2001 by Ned and Matt at the base of Arenal volcano in Costa Rica, they quickly recruited Dave and Mo and played their debut gig in September 2001. The sound was rounded out by the addition of Jaime on keyboards in 2006, and Spindrift has been creating their “progressive hillbilly” music ever since. Spindrift blends elements of southern rock, bluegrass, funk, reggae, and psychedelic music into a unique sound that is sure to get the dance floor grooving.
